We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Your personal information will only be used to the extent that is necessary to complete and deliver your order and help in your shopping experience. Your personal information will never be sold, traded or rented to anyone.

 

Payment Methods

We ask our customers to use PayPal. PayPal is free and secure. Merchants/retailers receive payment from PayPal and never see your financial information. Information is automatically sent with a high level of data encryption. To help safeguard you against identity theft, every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming your transaction.

 

Shipping and Handling

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We use UPS Ground for all shipping. Larger orders may need to be shipped differently to avoid large package fees. If you are ordering multiple large items, please call us for shipping rates.

 

Order Processing

Our typical processing for orders can range from 2 to 3 business days. We do not ship internationally (including Canada and Mexico). We are unable to guarantee a delivery date on any orders. We strive to process, package and ship your order as promptly as possible but sometimes there may be delays. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Because our items are hand crafted, one of a kind, and the value, we require insurance (if value is over $100) and delivery confirmation on all orders. Signature will be required for each package and UPS will attempt delivery 3 times. Any matters or special

arrangements concerning shipping times or delivery options must be discussed directly with us before shipping. If there are any issues with the order such as credit card number, mailing address or missing information, we will try to notify you within 2 days to resolve the issue.

 

Product Packaging

All merchandise is boxed to meet shipping guidelines and packaged to minimize the possibility of damage during shipping. When your item is delivered, examine the outside package material for signs of damage. If there are major signs of damage, indicate this to the shipping agent and refuse to sign for it. Contact us immediately and we will work with the shipping agent to resolve the issue. If the item is damaged, but the damage is not obvious from the packaging and you accept delivery, contact us immediately so that we may take action. We will immediately file a claim with UPS. Since each of our items are one of a kind, hand crafted there will be a delay in receiving your replacement order because the item has to be remade.

 

IN CASE OF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: As you well know, sometimes-unfortunatethings like this happen. Our preferred shipper is United Parcel Service. They are willing to work with us for a speedy resolution.

Please, keep the damaged item and all the packaging materials that the item(s) were shipped in for 5 business days. UPS sometimes requires that they come out and inspect the damages. Then after the 5 days you will receive further instructions from us. If you do receive damaged items, we truly hope the replacement or reimbursement process isn't too much of an inconvenience for you and that you will accept our sincere apology. We understand it is very discouraging to open up your new package only to find the item broken or damaged. We pack every item better than the required specifications that UPS suggests and try to do everything in our control to see that your items arrive safely.

 

Return Policy

If you are ever dissatisfied with an order, please contact us as soon as possible. You may return an item within 10 days of receiving it however the package must be insured and shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Please send an email through our contact page to get a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. If an item is sent back to us without an approved return authorization number, it will either be refused or a 15% restocking fee will be charged. All returned items must be in re-sellable condition. Items will be refunded when the items are returned to us minus the shipping and insurance cost. All personalized and custom order items are not returnable.

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax must be collected by law for all purchases in the state of Minnesota.
